Both the front and rear should have as strong a downforce as they can. Fill that green up! After changing the transmission, your 0-60 time will increase, but it's okay. I've got an ECU tuning that Transmission: I generally go for top speed for most things, acceleration for Street X and drift. Aerodynamics: Full downforce. ECU and Turbo: Full bars at the end, and have the first bars gradually build up to it. Nitrous should be fine on its default setting.

For Underground 2, the best tuning uses a hex editor on a save file. For all but drift events, minimize all but the last 3 bars on turbo and ecu, for maximum power. For drift, maybe all but the last 4 or 4.5. The other tuning parameters are car | event specific.
