I received an iPhone 8 with a cracked LCD (Visible image but no touch) , replaced the LCD, touch restored but no backlight. Visual inspection of the board indicate that R5733 on the backlight circuit was burnt. I removed the resistor, unfortunately pad 1 (from C5665) was torn.
